My Story
Toylee Jackson was born on March 5, 1929 to the late Gary and Ginice Abram and was the third oldest child of eleven children. Toylee lived in Wichita, Kansas with her siblings and parents. That is where she met the love of her life, James Jackson Jr. In the 1940’s, seven years later they got married on April 7, 1947. To this union they had eight children. They later moved to Los Angeles, California where she became a faithful member of St. Peter A.O.H. Church of God for over 4 decades. She served on the Mothers and Missionary Board along with several other auxiliaries in the church.

After retiring from the work field, she became a homemaker. She loved being with her family and cooking for them. Toylee was a loving, caring Woman of God, always putting God first, spreading the Gospel and goodness of the Lord Jesus Christ.

In her later years, she moved to the Inland Empire and continued serving the Lord as long as her health allowed her to. Toylee was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother.

She leaves to cherish her memories, two sons Darryl Jackson(Nancy), Deonne Jackson(Pat), two daughters: Ava McCoy(Lm), Marilyn Scott(Lloyd); three siblings: Patricia, Evelyn and William; four children in which preceeded her in death: Carolyn, Troy, Wayne and James; Her husband, James Jackson Sr, which also preceeded her in death; 22 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends.
